Tmobile wifi?

if you don't have a plan for the internet and you connected to a public connection can you be charged at Tmobile for using the internet or no?
 
No because at the Tmobile hotspots, you cannot use the internet (it only loads the tmobile login page) without purchasing some kind of voucher. Usually these are at starbucks and you have to pay for a day pass or something.
