requirements of reasonable free press? is it? So far Rajapaksa has chosen a thug, a man whose mental stability has come into question by none other than the government and now a military spokesman who has made some very questionable commentary and not of his own accord. None of this shows anything but loathing for any form of democracy. There also seems to be a outstanding matter regarding a vehicle that is the rightful property of the Malwatte Chapter and not of some misnomer called Mervyn Fernando.

Customs n this particular matter is better informed than the courts as to the assumption of deed whilst vehicle was in storage. This all did occur while the current Chief Justice was off island but there was plenty of press coverage of this matter.
