partner asked to exchange names? What if your partner, whom you're so in love with, suddenly asked to exchange names with you? If you're X and he/she is Y, then you'll become Y and he/she will be X.
 
Whats the point?

A relationship is about dedication and commitment to each other, such hollow sentiment does not contribute to its strength.
 
I'd suggest that we hyphenate. She'd be Lee Twinklebotham-Gorillapuss, and I'd be Nepthys Gorillapuss-Twinklebotham. It would work just fine except on our checks
