To put leather in a 2006 Mitsubishi Galant?

My car just got totalled... My parents have a 2006 Galant that I could have. I'm not too keen on it because it's just a base model and since I'm getting $6-8000 compensation to spend on another car, I'm hesitant to settle so quick. Is it worth putting leather in this car? What are some standard customizations I could make? Looking for that kind of advice.
 
well if u got nothing else for a car you might as well pimp it out all u want and put leather in it and when it comes to customizations the sky is the limit it all depends on how big is your wallet but like u said do a little shopping around on ebay, cregslist and where u live you might find something alot better for the money. if they are giving u the car for free just drive it for something while you are looking for other cars and if nothing comes out pimp it out
