I just bought a brand new travel trailer and would like to take a short camping stint next weekend. We are supposed to have a couple nights with temps going below 30 degrees during the week. I don't want to winterize, if I don't have to, as I am going to use the trailer next weekend. Can I leave the furnace on 50-55 degrees and will that prevent the pipes from freezing? I don't see any exterior plumpbing underneath the trailer on the outside..I believe it's all on the interior side. I'd rather be safe than sorry and just winterize it but if it's not necessary, why go through the work and expense. Thanks for any assistance you can offer.
