Torrent dowloading a lot slower how do i give it all my bandwith?

I am downloading this torrent on bit torrent and it is not going over 30 kb/s and just a little wile ago i was getting 100k/s advarge on limewire on the same file but when i try to open it again it just says locating sourses for ever. Can you help me on either one, thanks.

Ps i get about 150k/s on firefox dowloads can i dowload them from theere>
