y do i always get slow torrent speeds? i normallyy download at around 220kbs, and only see 10 kbs max. my friend has a max transfer speed of ~50kbs and he downloads at 50-60 kbs max. i tried connecting my pc directly to the modem and not via router and it has lil effect. the only difference is that he has adsl and i have cable. and this is all based on same torrents , same programs.
if anyyone can explain to me it would be greatly apreciated, and even more apreciated a solution.
ps i checked the transfer limit, its set to unlimited, both upload and downlaod
