My speed when tested on http://www.speedtest.net is 126 kBps Down // 130 kBps Up. However, when I download a torrent it doesn't even go close to these speeds. I get download around 103-106. It keeps fluctuating from 97 to 110 to sometimes 115. I haven't set any limits in the settings. I've tried 3 different torrents. I've recently edited some settings after watching some tutorials on youtube. Could someone please help?
