Tours of Georgia, Tennessee, New Orleans?

Hi, I'm looking to travel to the Southern States of the US this year and would like to do join a tour group to cover some of the above mentioned states. I can't seem to find any tour groups other than Contiki that comes close to what I want to do, and at 36 years of age I'm too old for Contiki! Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.
