A month ago I had my Jeep towed to the repair shop by a tow service provided by AAA. When taking the Jeep off the tow,it ripped the fenders off from around the front wheels. The driver called me and reported the damage and also gave me the number to his boss at the tow shop so I could make arrangements to get it repaired. I talked to the boss once who stated he didn't know anything about it and would get back to me when he knew the details from the driver. He never got back to me. I have called him at least three times since then.Someone else always answers the phone and takes a message for him but he never calls back. He is ignoring my calls.
What would be my next option? I'm calling AAA directly tomorrow, but is there anything else I should do? I can't afford to fix this nor should I have to report it to my insurance.

Was the driver towing it with a slingbelt? I don't think Jeeps are approved to have slingbelts, that's probably why it took your fenders off. Check your owner's manual. If they used a slingbelt and it wasn't approved by Chrysler, you have all the information you need.

What you need to do is walk in and go, "Listen, man, your tow truck damaged my Jeep. Now, are you gonna fix it or do I have to get a lawyer?" Unless he's an idiot, he'll accept.

Did you take pictures of the damage? And did anyone else see this happen? Get them to testify on your behalf.

Call an attorney ... If you use an attorney the owner will have to pay you and the attorney ... plus court costs . He'll probably want to settle this quickly.
