Toyota Camry spark plug replacement at 120k miles? Emission Control Warranty?

According to Toyota, my 1999 Camry should have its spark plugs replaced at 120,000 miles. The footnote says "Required under the terms of the Emission Control Warranty". This car is over 10 years old and has over 120k miles -- how is it under warranty? Should I care about this footnote?

According to the scheduled maintenance guide, they should be replaced at 60k and 120k. They were replaced at 60k. However, now the car is old and still running fine, and I don't want to throw money at it unless I need to.

I am surprised they let it go to 120k. Usually they suggest they be change at 75,000 miles unless something goes wrong with them. If you are out of warranty and the car is running ok, don't worry about it. I would change them anyway. It might improve you mileage and performance.
