Yet ALL three vary in their beliefs and even within each religion there are varying beliefs among differing sects.

What are the chances that they are ALL wrong?

How does one come to truly know the God of Abraham?

Surely, that God has revealed himself to people of the past ie, Moses, David, the prophets, the apostles, Paul, etc.....

So, does God choose whom he reveals himself to or do we?

Think about it.............

Jesus is God's last revelation. In Him we come to know how good, loving and merciful God is. We call Him Emanuel, God is with us.

Hello! thank you for such a great question!

We all fall short of the glory of God, every one of us bcause we've all sinned. Unfortunately sin does separate us form God. It broke His heart over so much, and finally He sent a way to bridge the gap so we can come to Him and be with Him forever. He sent His son Jesus, to be a pure and blameless sacrifice. Jesus lived without any sin, but was tempted in every way so He can simpathize with everything we've gone through because He was man. And then people delivered him upon a cross and killed Him but first He prayed to God to forgive the ppl that were torturing Him "because they knew not what they did". And when He died every sin died with Him- past present and future- for anyone who wants to come to the Father and know Him and be cleansed of every sin forever. And then after 3 days He rose!! He rose and ascended into heaven to take His place by the Father. As He was on earth He clearly stated "I am the Way the Truth and the Life no one can come to the Father exept through me." because He was the only one on earth who has been to heaven and known the Father and He said that no one knows the Father except the Son and the son came... He served His WHOLE life for peoples sake. His whole time He was alive He humbled himself before men and loved everyone to the point that He died out of love for us. He also came to "give us life so that we may have it abundantly". When Jesus saved me from pointless life... I found i came into relationship with the Father. I have recieved the Holy spirit, which is apart of God, and He lives inside of me and i can communicate to God through the Holy spirit and prayer. I am experiencing that I am totally known and loved over by a God that desires your heart, and to love every part of you intimately. He wants you to have fullness of life that you find only in Him. IT IS HIS HEARTS GREATEST GRIEF FOR YOU TO BE CUT OFF FROM HIM! So many people speak of God falsely because they do not know His character and loving heart!! What i have found is that He desires RELATIONSHIP NOT EMPTY RELIGION where you worship a God that does not hear you. But to have relationship through jesus everyday and to fall more and more in love with Him everyday. He brings an unbelievable lasting joy that doesnt fade. And the biggest thing that does grieve the holy spirit is when you are cut off from God. :) Its so neat when you become born again under jesus the whole heavens rejoice and have a party, just because you came to know the Father and come into relationship with Him... theres more that i can say.. so much more! but you will get the most benefit from picking up a bible and reading through mathew mark luke and john in the bible they are chapters all about jesus. And talking with ppl from a church near you will help you get into community who actually know God and can help you in a beginning walk with Him :) and finally the biggest and best thing is you will encounter God for yourself!

God reveals Himself to everyone. Some refuse to allow God to reveal Himself to them.

Nothing in religion is original---Moses "borrowed" the God Exodus 21: 23And if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life,

24Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,

25Burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.

Matthew 5: 38Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth:

39But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right

cheek, turn to him the other also.

Think about this:why did God send His prophet one after the other? If His word was kept uncorrupted with the first Book He sent down to people, He would not have to send so many prophets. But because people went astray and changed His Word, that;s why he sent all those prophets who preached for worshiping a One God and warned against worshiping someone beside Him. So all celestial religions preached for monotheism but non of them kept this monotheism today except one: Islam. "Judaism is generally considered monotheistic, although it has seldom if ever been monolithic in ideology. For example, monotheism was not always followed in practice (Wikipedia). Christianity is obviously not monotheistic religion any more because you ask a Christian and he would say: The Father is God, the Son is God and the Holy Spirit is God, but they are not three gods but one!!!!! (kind of playing around with words) and then they end up saying Jesus peace be upon him is God and the Creator!!!!! But Islam is the only religion that stayed the same and survived this monotheism [sects in Islam believe in one God and one prophet peace be upon him but the only difference is who should have followed Mohammad peace be upon him after his death: Shia say his cousin Ali, and Sunni say khilafa (leadership) should be by the most qualified and not through ancestry. Apart from that, they all believe in the same God and the same Holy Book and the same prophet peace be upon him].
So obviously God sent his Word to all these prophets, but since the earlier two religions are corrupt by humans' hands, they deviated from the Right Path that Abraham peace be upon him was on. Consequently, there must be one of them that is Right and that must be Islam because its Holy Book was preserved not only on scrolls and leather but also in the chest and memory of the believers. Muslims since the prophet's time learnt the Quran by heart until today and thousands and thousands of Muslims old and kids of 6 and 7 years old remember it all by heart. Thus, it;s obvious where the truth is today and the Right Path is obvious and distinct from the Wrong.
May God lead us to His Right Path, Amen.

Mr. Anonymous, Abraham peace be upon him was a pure Muslim and he was never a Jew.

Problem is people won't take time to differentiate between GOD & religion = 2Corinthians 4:4

Nothing to think about. The jewish god was adopted as the god for Islam and also is the base for christianity. But certainly that deity is not the same one being worshiped by each religion, frankly every person has a different concept of what their god is, so there is really a different god for each person. There is no real deity anyway, all religions are manmade. Why do their gods have to have a go-between? Why are Moses, David, et al the chosen ones to communicate with their god, when their own bible says you can pray to your god and god will answer your prayers. Think about that.
