training for martial arts?

so. i had though it was a good idea to train the whole body when i do stuff. but i was compleatly wrong appearantly. and this has left me with no idea of what to do.so, lets say i trained my legs today How long am i sapposed to wait before training that part of the body again?

i do go to classes...but they only have 2 a week, and if i go to their other place as well this one (they have 2 locations) would make the classes mondays, tuesdays, wednesdays, thursdays, and saturdays. and i wonder if they would have me do legs 2 times in a row and if that would be bad.
