Transfer Phone Contacts From Nokia 5000 to Nokia 5410 Xpressmusic?

okay so i bought a new phone ( Nokia 5410 xpressmusic ), ive been trying to figure out how to transfer contacts from my nokia 5000 to the new one. but no luck ): the contacts are stuck in the phone not with the SIM card. also i only haf the cable for the 5410, cos i lost the cable for 5000 ( cable USB to computer ) please help? thanks best answer 5 stars (:
