Travelling to Cardiff for Rugby?

Going to be driving to cardiff for the rugby next weekend from London and just wanted advice on travel time. Its 3ish hours normally but how busy is getting into cardiff on a match day. How much time do u think I should allow for driving? Ta!
Would coach be safer option? They quote 3 hours 20? Or is that unrealistic?
 
Do your research on where you're going to leave your car for the period.
