What happens in a situation if an early labour occurs whilst on holiday overseas/internationally? What happens to mother, child and parent in this situation?

This is just theoretical, I am not in any shape or form pregnant. What happens to parents in these types of situations? Its happened before. Does the child have travel rights to the country etc. Early labour can happen as soon as 24 weeks, 35 weeks in the latest time in which you can travel, literally anything can happen in that.
