Im travelling with my 15m girl in a few days .. Its not a long flight only 3 and a half hours. This is the second time we travel with her last time she was 10 months and she really gave us a hard time !! I took many new toys and snacks even a dvd player. I made sure to give her bottle on take off and landing to sooth her ears. She ended up crying and screaming and the way and fell asleep only the last 20 minutes and all passengers were really pissed off and everyone was looking at me like "u really can make your baby stop crying???" .
Now shes walking and I guess it will be even more difficult because she never sits still on my lap and will only keep walking. I was wondering if they do something on planes like putting the car seat on the plane seats? I heard it once but am not really sure and thought i better ask here before asking the airlines and look like an idiot if there wasn't such a thing.
Also my neighbor told me she gives some kind of drug for her baby while travelling and she'll sleep all the way. Do you think its worth it? Im against giving such things to babies to shut them up and maybe it can have other bad effects on her? or do people do it normal thing with no harms?
