I rather walk or run on a treadmill...because its more convenient with my schedule. If I walk or do intervals on a treadmill with low calories, can I still slim down and work on my body? Or do I have to walk outdoors? Is it the same or does one burn more calories than the other? Is there a real big difference or can I slim with the treadmill?
What if you mix them both? walk outdoors 30 minutes and run on the treadmill 30 minutes?
