Trouble shooting tattoo machine...can someone help?

The machine runs well for 60 seconds after that the voltage meter went down and the power decreased to 1.1 after I released my foot switch and restarted it repeated.So what I need to know what is making my voltage meter run down.Where is My power loss coming from?
 
You might need to lubricate it. It sounds as though there's too much resistance in your mechanism. Running a gun for more than 60 seconds seems a bit long.
 
my power supply powers on but whni press the foot pedal it doesnt runthe gun...is it my foot pedal?

my power supply for my tattoo machines works in Nevada. When I bring my equipment to Oregon to tattoo, the power supply never works per the outlet. Why would it work in one place and not the other?
 
what is it when the numbers on the powersupply go up and down and flash
