Trouble uninstalling Samsung New PC Studio..?

I'm trying to free up some space on my laptop by uninstalling a few programs I don't need. I've been trying to uninstall Samsung New PC Studio, but whenever I do, a pop up comes up saying "1628: Failed to complete installation". Please help as i've been trying to uninstall this for weeks.
