ok so my friend was driving yesterday and he was clipping at a decent speed and right around 110ish he said his RPMs dropped and the truck just slowed down. the gas pedal didnt have any affect at all. but the engine was still running and went right back to normal after it slowed to about 80. he asked me what happened and if anything broke. i didnt know how to answer that because i have never heard of that before. is that the governor kicking in, or whatever the hell its called now? its a '94 1500.
