Trying to download Telus eCare....?

My computer uses Windows Vista, and when trying to download Telus eCare it keeps asking for Microsoft XML? I don't understand what it's asking for, and when I entered it into the Microsoft.com search it came up with so many options, I'm not sure what I need to download!?!

I am not sure exactly what is happening, you might try this: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=3144b72b-b4f2-46da-b4b6-c5d7485f2b42&displaylang=en (download msxml.msi)however, I strongly suggest as using Telus eCare as a last option, it is a very annoying program.
