Trying to find an animation short?

I'm trying to find this animation about a girl who lost her arms and was abandonded. She is taken in by a toymaker who makes her new arms and has her make new toys. Finally she leaves the toymaker and meets a boy who has had his legs replaced. Any idea what it is called?
