He almost always plays a bad guy. he has long hair and his eyes are a bit bugged out. could swear he was in a lethal weapon movie or something. I saw a flash of him in the movie 'Posse' tonight.

I tried IMDB but it's no help as there aren't enough pictures of the actors.
