[QUOTE="TheJaiBro, post: 1991628, member: 723680"] I don't know where the problem is or what is the problem... I am using TSSTcorp CDDVDW TS-L633A... I Cannot Burn DVD, I Cannot read DVD.. But I can Burn and Read CDs.. I think this started to happen after I formatted my Laptop.. I was able to burn and read dvds before but now i can't.. If i put in a Blank DVD, it takes 5 minutes or more before it can read it, then if i try to burn using Cyberlink Power2Go..it shows that it IS burning but after it finishes, the DVD is empty.. if I try to put in DVD movies in, it won't read it.. I Formatted my laptop, I think 2 weeks ago.. But I WAS able to burn a DVD yesterday..and it Worked, ONLY for one DVD.. Now, I don't think that the problem is with the Blank DVD itself, I think somewhere ther is a problem in my Burner.. what could it be? Please help me.. I tried to run the 'Drives and Network Adapters Troubleshooter ' but I just get 'You have run into a problem that this troubleshooter cannot help you solve. For additional Windows resources, click Start, point to All Programs, and then click Windows Update.' at the End.. I can't call my manufacturer since its Sunday here..and IF incase I live my laptop to them, all my files might get erased..don't have an external HD yet to back it up..so I'm hoping I could see and fix the problem ma self.. thank you..
