...volume but can change channels, why? Neither tv or dish network remote will turn on or off the tv, or let you adjust the volume but will let you change the channel. What do you think my problem is?
You need to reprogram your remote, the remote is automatically programmed for the receiver therefore it will still let you change the channels, go the the menu/ set up and follow instructions and reprogram your remote
