Uh oh, my dream may be crushed?

so i was supposed to be getting a horse in like two years, but the only barn i could keep him/her at is raising board price to about 600 or more.
there is no way we could afford that. but there is dry stall, you know where you buy like food, shavings, everything, and you do everything too. well i want to do that, but how much would you save? is there good deals out there for like hay and grain?

thanks a bunch, i hope theres still a chance i can get a horse :/
