UK and EU immigration plzzzz??!?

ive been rejected entry into UK ( i am definitely NOT ILLEGAL), and they gave a stamp in my passport which i really have no clue whats the meaning of it , the stamp is just the same as the entry stamp when u get into a country , but they drew (with black pen) a cross through it , anybody knows what is that means? and if it effects my entry into any EU countries if i wanna go for holiday like a month or two? is it means ive got blacklisted from UK or EU ( but i didnt do anything wrong ) ? and if anyone knows about this plzzzzzzzzzzzz tell me more about this , more than what im asking , cause i'd really love to go to EU during this Xmas but don wan to be rejected AGAIN at border and have to go home straight AGAIN plz plz plz help me!!!
