My friend is non EU national she is doing her graduation in UK as a part time. her course duration is 5 to 6 years, she is in 2nd year now.. she married with non EU national, can he live in uk? can they have a child during her stay? is the child get right to stay in UK? is the child will be Uk citizen? Can she change her status for Remain to leave in uk? Please let know if anyone know about this law.. And let me know where can i get this information?
