Unable to watch netflix on blueray?

I have a toshiba blue ray player and have been able to watch netflix movies using the live stream since i bought it. Today it told me there was a firmware update and it updated its self, now after the update i am unable to use my netflix i open it up and try to browse movies to find one to watch, and it locks up and resets its self everytime. Any help would be apreciated.

Best bet is uninstall the app on the player and then reinstall it. if that doesnt work downgrade the firmware or hard reset the device.
