reasonable expectation of priv?
Assuming it's a smoking room?
I was considering a trip to amsterdam in feb but I think I'll just go to Cali if I can vacation yet still have it not count as smoking in public.
I know it states like MI, they ban smoking in hotels all together, they for some reason don't they there's an expectation of privacy with regard to smoking due to second hand smoke.
Hotels are bound by state law, they don't have the option to just pick a federal law and say we're following this, correct?
