I installed a small upgrade for my computer, which is an Acer Aspire T135. The upgrade was a Nvidia Geforce 5500 fx 256mb PCI slot card. I successfully disabled the internal graphics, and installed the 5500 drivers, but when I restart, the internal is still enabled, and the 5500 cannot work properly. Whenever I try to uninstall, disable, or anything else regarding the VIA/S3G UniChrome Pro IGP internal graphics, I come to no avail. I ask of you now, how I can go about getting my 5500 fx to work as it should.
Other notes:
When I go into the display properties and try to select my graphics card it tells me the driver is for an earlier version of windows; along with the graphical settings as -1 pixels by -1 pixels.
