Unlock Blackberry torch 9810 for t-mobile?

Hi im gonna need a little help. im planning to buy blackberry torch 9810 at best buy or maybe radioshack but i dont wanna have a plan with AT&T. I dont have t-mobile also but i wanted to get a plan from them as soon as i get my bb torch. the only problem is i kinda have some doubts of buying or unlocking it because i dont know what will work and wont work once i get a plan with tmobile with my unlocked bb torch. so if any of you know the cons anf pros of getting a plan with tmobile with an unlocked bb torch please let me know.

BTW. i like txting and using web alot so i would want to have unlimited on those things. i dont really call as much. how much do you guys think would it costs a month if i get unlimited txt and web and maybe 500 mins?
