Unlock Nokia 6700, possible?

Hi, I have a Nokia 6700 locked on the Orange UK network and I was wondering if it is possible to get this phone unlocked. I have tried a few local market stalls in London and they all said that its not yet possible and they will be able to do it in a few weeks. Is it possible to get this phone unlocked?
