Hi there, thank you for reading this and trying to help me i reallllyyy appreciate it. I will tell you everything about my blackberry and hopefully you can help me get the data plan working.
Okay so for starters my brother gave me his Bold 9000 because he got the torch. So i had to unlock the bold to work with fido. Texting, calling, all the basic components of the phones works. I called fido and asked them to add on the 15 dollar social networking data plan which includes BBM facebook, twitter msn etc. After, They told me to go to fido.blackberry.com to sign up. but everytime i do it just says for exisiting useers, so i do now know how to sign up. Then finally someone told me to go to the setup wizard and set up my email, but i need a enterprise activation password and i have no idea what that is? .. neither do my friends who have blackberry.. i just dont know what to do anymore and i reallly want this data plan to work

I JUST CHANGED MY SOCIAL NETWORK TO EMAIL AND BBM INSTEAD hoping this willl work..
But it says my BIS is not connected.
My problem is the email set up. it wont let me set up my email without a enterprise activation system.
