So I am planning on getting Tmobile's prepaid plan ($100 for 1000 minutes, good for a year) as I am a light cell phone user and also do not want to pay for a data plan, and was wondering what some good options were for a smartphone. (looking for features such as a camera, ability to play music, hopefully web browsing access with wifi capabilities, as i do not want a data plan)
