It is supposed to unlock my Zylo to any network but every time i follow the instructions given I'm told the action has failed due to My OTP CID being 81 when it should be below 53. I was wondering if anyone could help me to lower the CID if possible. Or if not could anyone recommend a different software to help me unlock my new phone to my preferred network?
