Unsure if gaining musle or fat?

I have a balanced diet, I do approximately 1.5 hours of cardio excersice a day, with 20~30 minutes of weight training. About a week ago, I weighed in at 68kg (150lbs) and when weighed today, I weighed 70kg (154lbs). I make sure to weigh myself with all the factors the same. I haven't been overly stressed, or been sick/on medication. I'm not sure if i've gained muscle or fat because i've been doing this excercise routine for the last 2 months, and haven't had any significant changes like this.
