Upcoming Gossip Girl Episodes?

So there has been a lot of talk of this "nanny" plot. What is that about?
I know Blair is getting even with the new teacher. Chuck's waking up not knowing what happened or how he got there. Georgina is coming back to help and so is Rufus and Lily's kid.

But what is this "nanny"?

I've been watching all season.
I have not seen anything in the show for a (new?) nanny.
Plus entertainment weekly seems to keep up to date with it & I have not read anything or seen anything on line.

seems as though (hope no spoil) Rufus & Lilly's kid & no more...

however I hear Dan will have some sort of relations w/ the new teach.
Have not heard in WHAT aspect B&**^ Georgina will be back.

& Chuck well...He got back at his 'Guardian' his uncle Jack...

I have not heard anything more.
I really only watch for Nate so I'm curious what's going on with that. & I've heard talk (it might jsut be from Ben Bass death) but alot of poeple want Vanessa gone. (& she does somewhat annoy me...)

Any idea by you who Gossip[ Girl might REALLY be?
