Uploading a YOutube video in Blu-Ray quality?

Is there a way to make a video in blu-ray quality to appear on youtube with that same amount of quality without losing the blu ray to a normal quality video?

If I did a really high quality video that was like 1 GB or less and it was les than 10 minutes and used the multiuploader, would the quality work then?
 
basically you can't get that good of a quality level on you-tube..the file sizes would be just to large..and because of the scaling for the web player it would lose quality there to.
