...to put a value on.? My sister wants to "buy" the car, but we can't agree on a value. I said a value should come from something like Kelly Bluebook or something similar. She took it to a car dealership for an "appraisal" and came up with a far less value than what you get on-line. Of course a dealership would give a lesser value as they base it on trade-in values. Any opinions on what is the fairest way of coming up with a value?
