Upset Rogers Pay As You Go Customer?

I am really upset right now.On thursday afternoon I bought a rogers simcard,and activated it later that night.My plan is (DOLLAR A DAY,unlimited weekends and evenings .)My free 10 dollar card finished on friday afternoon around 2.I bought a 20 dollar card on the same day,about 4.Today is sunday and they texted me saying I need to refill my account.I am really disturbed ,plus they are not open today because of easter sunday.Has this problem occured to anyone,and if so ..what was the problem,and how was it solved.Did they give you back your minutes
