Urgent cooking cake help needed!!!!?

so i'm making this cake for a birthday ( needed this evening ) and i have just mixed mascarpone cheese with sugar, vanilla essence, grreekyogart and hot water - then i mixed it. then i put some getatine ( witch ahd been left in a bowl of cold water for 5 mins ) into the mixuter adding it graduly..
.... IT DIDNT MIX IN ( there are loads of gelatine lumps in it !!!! )
I tryed adding hot water but it just made it more runny. HELP
How can i make the gelitne lumps DISSAPEAR

Have had same problem and have found that I start again Good luck
 
Throw away this mix... if you have ingridients left restart calmly and this time melt the gelatine in warm water....

If you dont. rush out to your nearest supermarket and get some betty crocker.... tastes the same...
