Urgent Laundry help? Lol?

Okay so I'm 13 and my mom is out of town and I'm wit my older brother whose not home right now. I'm goin to a party and need to wash alot of clothes, and I hav no idea becuz my non does my laundry. Can someone PLZ teach me? Lol I truly have no idea

fill the washer with water (small,medium,large)

Pour in 1 cup of detergent (white powder or the liquid)
Add in clothes. Close lid

When it's done, put all the clothes into the dryer and set the timer for around 45minutes. Done?
