I'm trying to find the best usb video capture that can work with Windows Vista 64 bit. I'm trying to copy somes tapes (VHS) from my VCR to my laptop. I need to know which capture card will work with windows vista 64. Also I need more details on how it will work...just plug the red,white,yellow, cables to the capture card and then connect the usb to the laptop and install the software and I'm done??
