the release, E Light still on.? The Dashboard Emergency Brake light is still on, despite the fact that i am positive the E break isnt on.

When i apply a very light amount of pressure to the e brake whilst pulling on the lever, the E brake light goes from dim to actually "on" it seems, and also the headlights cut out when i engage the Brake, although i would think that this is just normal.
