I have a start-up business that serves customers in their home or business. I am using QuickBooks Online for book keeping, invoices, estimates, etc.
Payment is expected when the service is complete. For credit card payments, using my motorola droid x and a payment gateway app I bill my customer and automatically send them a e-mail receipt or text to phone.
My question is for QB online users; how can I use QB and my phone to better serve my customers? Am I able to edit invoices, send invoices, convert estimates into invoices, etc from a phone? Any other input would be greatly appreciated.
I have considered using a ipad (tablet) with 3G but would like to see what I could do with my phone, as it is already an expense. Thanks
