The shooting at Virginia Tech University today where a gunman killed a police officer and another person brought back a lot of horrible memories of the other shooting rampage that took place there in 2007, which killed 32 people and injured another 25. The gunman in the '07 massacre ended up committing suicide, but today's shooter has yet to be found. We, along with the rest of the nation sit in shock and wonder: Who would do something like that?
