vaginitis?

okay, so these are my symptoms, could it possibly be vaginitis ?
yellowish, whiteish discharge.
smelly discharge
but my vagina doesn't hurt
itchyness
loads of discharge
clumps stuck to my pubic hairs

can you please help?
