Value of a 1983 Porsche 944?

1983 Porsche 944
5-speed manual
Newer engine with receipts (it is still a 944 engine)
Leather interior
Had $2500 paint job before it sat for a few years
5 piece Porsche rims
Clean title


The only thing that the seller tell me that is wrong with it is that the windows don't work and the interior is bad. he is asking $2200, is that a good price?
The interior isn't terrible just rips in the seats stuff like that, the engine he says was replaced because of a blow head gasket.
 
The Porsche 944 was basically what the Boxster is today, a Porsche made for people who just want to say, "I own a Porsche!" You didn't list mileage, reason for the engine replacement, or the interior condition. What if he got a new engine because the car was in a flood, but didn't get a new transmission? What if the exterior is great but the interior needs hundreds of dollars for it to look decent? It's so expensive to be cheap.
